WAYS TO BRING CRYSTALS INTO YOUR DAILY LIFE

It's no secret that crystals have been used across centuries for their perceived benefits, healing properties, and ability to restore and rebalance our energy. And one of the best ways to incorporate the benefits of crystals into your daily life is by wearing them as jewelry or carrying them with you.

When choosing a crystal to wear, consider what specific properties you are looking to benefit from. For example, if you want to promote feelings of calm and tranquility, Amethyst and Lavender Quartz may be good choices. If you're looking for increased focus and motivation, try wearing Citrine or Clear Quartz.

Once you've chosen a crystal, there are a few ways to wear it or transport it with you during your day. One popular method is to wear a crystal pendant on a necklace. This allows the crystal to be in close proximity to your skin, allowing for the crystal's energy to be absorbed. If you opt to wear the crystal as a necklace, try to ensure the pendant falls directly at the thymus or Higher Heart Chakra region to receive the most benefit. This region sits between the Heart and Throat Chakra and is sometimes referred to as the seat of the soul.

Wearing crystal rings or earrings are other convenient options, which can have a similar effect. My personal preference is often to wear rings, as I find they are easiest to put on and carry with me, even on the most busy mornings.

Another option to work with crystals daily and in a convenient way is by carrying them in your pocket, purse, or tote. This allows for the crystal to be close to you throughout the day and can be a more subtle way to incorporate crystals into your daily life.

Finally, I also am a fan of keeping a stone or two in the car somewhere. Stones for protection, safety like Black Tourmaline, and ones for calm, such as Blue Calcite, are among my favorites for travel.

Whether you choose to wear them, place them in your vehicle, or carry them in your pocket, tote, or all of the above, it's important to remember to cleanse and charge most of your crystals. This can be done in many ways. Some of the easiest options include leaving your crystals in the sunlight or moonlight for a few hours or placing them in a Selenite bowl. You may also choose to sage your crystals as well.

Overall, wearing crystals can be one of the easiest ways to incorporate their healing properties into your daily life.
